There is a computer and projector in every room that can run presentations, or you can hookup your laptop to the projector via a VGA video (the “blue” monitor cable) and 1/8″ (3.5mm) audio with a male end (the typical audio connection for an mp3 player or laptop).
The volume from the speakers is enough to be heard, but shouldn’t be expected to overpower the voices of people in the room or if the hallway gets loud.
Computer Setup in Classrooms for Projectors
The computer in the classroom is a few years old running Windows 7, PowerPoint 2010, and Firefox. You can either bring your presentation on a flash drive, or host it on a website like SlideShare.

External connections for Projectors
There is a “switch box” that is used to change the display from the computer to the external connection. Look for it along the side and press 1, and if that doesn’t work, press 2. (To switch the audio, press and hold 1, and if that doesn’t work, press and hold 2).
