Most entrepreneurs and small business owners wear many hats and are very busy playing multiple roles within their business. Playing multiple roles isn’t a problem but it tends to lull owners and entrepreneurs into a pattern of operating their business from a place of REACTION rather than a place of ACTION. One of the biggest differences between successful businesses and unsuccessful businesses is Strategy and the execution of that strategy. I’ve created a framework called the “Strategic Marketing Compass” that helps business owners create a strategic marketing plan that gets them results. The goal of my presentation is to bring big business thinking to small business. My presentation will break down the essential steps to creating a strategic marketing plan that gets results.
